Rules and regulation of the college:

All the candidates for the admission must read the declaration in the admission form carefully and signed it. It must also be counter signed by their parents.

Candidates are required to apply for admission on the prescribed form, which should accompany their academic certificates along with testimonial form the institute last attended.

  1. Admission is open to Male/Female students who fulfill required terms and conditions.

  2. College reserves the right to cancel student’s Admission if he/she fails to pay his/her dues within on or before due date given. OR if students fail to submit the required documents within the time given.

  3. Students as per rules are promoted to the next class just after the completion of Board/ University Examination. In this connection, they are required to get themselves enrolled for the next intake by depositing the college dues as prescribed by the college administration, immediately after the examination.

  4. Dues once deposited are not refundable or transferable.

  5. The college reserves the right to withhold the Board/ University examination forms on account of student’s poor attendance, any disciplinary action taken against him or failure in the college send-up examination.

  6. Admission is open to male/female students who fulfill required term and conditions.

  7. Students must carry his/her identity card and produced it on demand.

  8. Smoking is strictly prohibited at the college premises as well as in the hostel.

  9. Students are not allowed to receive visitors in the college.

  10. Mobile phone is strictly prohibited the college premises.

  11. Student name may be struck off if fee is not paid in time or if student is absent for more than 3 consecutive days with out any information to the college.

  12. The fee should be paid 1st to 5th of every month in advance and 12 month fee should be charged.

  13. Fee paid after 5th of the month will be charged with fine of Rs. 10 per day.

  14. Admission will be granted on qualifying written / oral test or both.

  15. Admission is liable to be cancelled it the student fails to pay his/her dues within the prescribed time. Similarly, if a students fails to submit the required documents within the prescribed time.

Rules for migration

As a fixed number of seats is allotted by the board of technical education Peshawar KP. Therefore those students who once got registration from the mentioned authority in the capacity of LDC would not be allowed to migrate to any other institution whether  local or non local. They can do so only if the dues for the whole program are paid to LDC. Fee once deposited is not refundable in any case.

Hostel, Rules Regulations

  1. Two Months fee will be paid at once for hostel.
  2. Admission fee will not be refundable in any circumstances.
  3. Student will pay Security fee of Rs. 1000/-, which will be refundable.
  4. He has to clear the dues three days before the expiry of the monthly fee date.
  5. If he is late for a day even, he has to pay a full month fee.
  6. He has to keep the environment clean.
  7. He won’t spoil the tranquility of the hostel atmosphere.
  8. Admission will be cancelled, if the next quarter fee is not submitted two days before the expiry of his present fee.
  9. The admission will be cancelled if
    1. If student held responsible for misbehavior with any staff member, fellow residents & roommates.
    2. If student is held responsible for damages done to hostel property and room furniture.
    3. If student is involved in politics / political affairs or discussions or antisocial activities drugs, alcohol & narcotics, miss behavior in neighborhood.
  10. No guests are allowed to stay in hostel premises at night.
  11. The students can meet there family members from 2:00 pm to 6: pm only
  12. No entry in the hostel after 8: 00 pm at nighttime.
  13. The students should not bring any T.V, Refrigerator or any other electronics instruments in the hostel.
  14.  Students are strictly informed to turn off the lights, fans valves of water & heater etc of the respective room when they are not present in their rooms.
  15. In case of leaving the hostel in hostel timing the students must inform the warden of the hostel.
  16. Mess timing should strictly be followed.
  17. Study hours should also be strictly followed
  18. Hostel management has right to change students room or building for management purposes.
  19. The warden has got the right to change the time table and he has full authority to cancel the admission of those students who disobeys the written and verbal rules given to the students If a student breaks any of the rules, the college has right to expel him.
